We have been working very hard since November, preparing ourselves for BT Young Scientist.
Our question this year is ‘Is Climate Change a threat to our planet?’
We were very lucky on Monday the 5h of January to have the renowned Nuala Carey join us from RTE Weather. She told us a little bit about her job and the effects Climate Change has on Ireland’s Weather. We then presented our project to her! We spoke in our groups using PowerPoints, folders, investigations and experiments to show the effect Climate Change is having on the planet.
It was great to be able to practise our presentation for Saturday with somebody so important!
We are all very excited about Saturday now, and just have one more day to put the finishing touches to our display.
