On the 11th June 5th class took a lovely day trip to the Burren in Co. Clare.
Here they got to take a tour through the Ailwee caves, watch a Bird of Prey show and learn about Bush Craft and starting fires using the ‘bow and wood’ method.
5th Class had been learning all about the Burren and it’s different features during the year so it was a real treat to go to Co. Clare and see it for ourselves.
